Kee Pivot® pallet gates are used wherever safe pallet transfer is required on mezzanines or elevated work platforms. They protect employees during loading and unloading operations, minimizing the risk of falling.

With various configurations – standard, narrow, tall, wide, or counterbalanced – Kee Pivot® pallet gates can be adapted to almost any workspace. They are ideal for warehouses, factories, production halls, and loading/unloading zones.

Kee Pivot® pallet gates can be installed with existing guardrails or barriers, as well as in non-standard conditions – such as low ceilings or limited floor space. Their modular design makes it easy to tailor the system to individual customer needs.

Robust construction and premium materials

Every Kee Pivot® mezzanine pallet gate is made from high-quality galvanised steel or aluminium, ensuring durability against heavy use and harsh industrial conditions. No welding is required – all elements are connected using Kee Klamp® fittings, allowing for quick repairs if needed.

Gates are also available with powder-coated finishes in custom colours, improving visibility and durability. With a minimal number of moving parts and proven corrosion resistance (672 hours of salt spray testing), maintenance is reduced while ensuring long-lasting reliability.

The modular system allows for quick replacement of individual parts in case of damage, lowering maintenance costs and keeping operations running without downtime.

The core of the Kee Pivot® gate is the pivot mechanism, which automatically closes the gate after each opening. This ensures that no open edge is ever left exposed, significantly reducing accident risks.

Counterbalanced arms are designed to offset the gate’s weight, allowing safe and easy operation by one person, even with larger models. The design guarantees stability and dependability, even under intensive use.

Kee Pivot® pallet gates meet the highest safety standards for industry and warehouse environments. The products comply with PN-EN 14122-3, ensuring reliable and safe operation in high-risk areas.

The self-closing pivot mechanism has been tested for 50,000 open/close cycles, and the structure’s corrosion resistance has been confirmed with 672-hour salt spray testing. As a result, Kee Pivot® gates maintain full functionality even in harsh industrial conditions. Additionally, Kee Pivot® systems use TÜV-certified fittings. The entire construction has been verified at Kee Safety’s modern research facility in the UK, confirming the product’s high quality and reliability.

There is an option to create a B2B account, which offers permanent discounts on the entire product range. To convert your standard customer account into a B2B account, register a standard customer account, and then send us an email with information about the email address the account was created for and a request to activate the B2B account. After manual verification, we will convert the standard customer account to a B2B account, with an assigned permanent discount initially set at 5%.

Quantity Discounts

We offer attractive quantity discounts depending on the product added to the cart. The discount table can be found on each product's page. For example, if you add 100 pieces of a given product to your cart, the system will automatically apply a 15% discount.

Discount System

By default, we do not combine discounts. Instead, we apply the most advantageous discount for the customer. This means that if you buy 50 pieces of a product and have a fixed 5% discount for customer groups and a specific 10% discount on the product for purchases over 50 pieces, the system will choose the 10% discount because it is more beneficial.

Example:

Initial fixed discount for B2B customers: 5%
Specific product discount: 10% for purchases over 50 pcs
Customer buys 50 pcs of the product

The system will apply the more advantageous discount, which is the 10% product discount.

Negotiations for Regular Customers

Regular customers who buy from us regularly can negotiate conditions and increase the fixed discount. We verify the total orders and negotiate terms based on that. Constant cooperation with us can bring very favorable purchasing conditions.

Invoices and VAT-Free Purchases for Customers with an Active VAT-EU Number

You will always receive an invoice for each order. For customers with an active VAT-EU number, we offer the option of VAT-free purchases. When placing an order, provide the VAT number during the checkout process, and the system will apply a zero VAT rate.
