The square connectors of the Klemp system offered by us are of the same quality as round connectors. They enable the connection of pipes into a wide range of structures of enormous strength, presenting a high degree of solidity and remarkable aesthetic values. Structures made of square tube fittings have an original design that allows them to be placed in any room and offers excellent value for money. Their shape makes them an excellent option for assembling structures with flat tops, such as tables, shelves or shelves.
FITTINGS FOR SQUARE PIPE WITH A CLAMP SCREW
Square tube fittings in our store are currently a dozen or so types of fittings that allow you to build most structures from square steel pipes. An allen screw integrated with them makes installation quick and requires no special qualifications. It is enough to tighten it so that the square joint is permanently attached to the pipe and forms a solid structure with it.
Square connectors are part of the Klemp system, which ensures mutual compatibility, easy connection and the possibility of disassembling them for further use.
ADVANTAGES OF THE KLEMP SYSTEM
The basis of the KlempSystem design assumptions is the principle of quick and easy connection of steel and aluminum pipes into structures of any degree of complexity and the possibility of their disassembly.
The frequently used techniques for joining pipe structures have two major disadvantages:
- in the case of threaded connections, the pipes must be supplied in a strictly defined size and have virtually no flexibility in assembly,
- in the case of welded joints, structures require the work of qualified personnel and the use of specialized equipment.
KlempSystem couplings, including couplings for square tubes, are equipped with sockets of appropriate diameter, into which the tube end is inserted and locked with a set screw. Such a connection is extremely strong and stable and allows for easy disassembly of the structure if necessary. Thanks to the Klemp system, pipes and couplings can be used multiple times for a variety of projects.
The clamping screws are designed and made in such a way that they rigidly lock the pipes by hand tightening (torque 40 N / m). Due to their repeated use and for the sake of maximum safety, they are subjected to a special heat treatment.

WHICH MATERIALS ARE MADE OF SQUARE JOINTS?
All Klemp square joints are made with the use of modern casting technology. Patterns of fittings are made by professional modelers and used to build molds for high-pressure automatic molding lines. Iron is melted in electric induction furnaces. During this process, the manufacturer carries out qualitative tests and metallurgical analyzes.
The castings of square tube fittings are heat treated for better ductility and shot blasted to obtain a good surface finish.
HOW ARE FITTINGS FOR SQUARE PIPE GALVANIZED?
Fittings for square pipes, like all other fittings in the Klemp system, are subjected to a hot-dip galvanizing process, which consists of several operations preceding the direct immersion of the steel fitting in liquid zinc:
- abrasive blasting,
The final stage of processing the fittings is galvanizing. It consists in immersing them in a bath of molten zinc at a temperature of 445 ° C-455 ° C. Under these conditions, zinc and iron undergo a very rapid chemical reaction. By diffusion, i.e. the penetration of zinc atoms into the outer steel layer, an iron-zinc alloy is formed on the surface. The coating obtained in this way, after cooling in water, is characterized by high mechanical resistance and aesthetic appearance.
The square connectors of the Klemp system are TÜV-certified. The TÜV quality mark confirms that this product meets the quality requirements, is safe and environmentally friendly.
