We ship our items with our shipping partners DPD, GLS, Rohlig SUUS and Mainfreight.

The correct rate is always displayed in the shopping cart based on the items in the cart.

For products not mentioned in the overview above, you can request a free quote. Send us an overview with all the products you want and the postcode of the delivery location. We will then send you a non-binding offer.

As it is difficult to estimate the workload in our warehouse and with the transport companies, the delivery times are an estimate. Due to delays in some payment methods, e.g. bank transfer and instant bank transfer, the delivery time may be extended with a few working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Are you in a hurry? Information about Parcel Delivery

The courier is obliged to deliver the shipment to the specified address, but is not required to carry it into an apartment, office, or upper floors, unless this option has been explicitly purchased as an additional service (e.g. “carrying service”, “premium delivery”, etc.). This is considered a generally accepted practice in the courier industry and not a legal requirement. Any comments regarding the delivery should be directed to the selected carrier.

In the absence of the recipient, the courier may leave the parcel at a pickup point in accordance with the carrier’s policy. The seller has no influence over this decision.
