Applications of Kee Gate® Safety Gates

The Kee Gate® self-closing gate is used wherever effective edge, entry, or passage protection is required in high-risk areas.

It is ideal for stairs, work platforms, mezzanines, technical walkways, and loading/unloading zones.

Kee Gate® self-closing gates can also be installed at floor level — for example, in factories where traffic routes are separated by guardrails.

Durable design and resistant materials

Each Kee Gate® self-closing gate is made of high-quality steel, ensuring rigidity and long-lasting durability. Standard gates are hot-dip galvanized, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance.

A high-visibility yellow powder-coated version is also available, as well as optional custom RAL colours.

The design was created for fast installation and reliable operation in harsh industrial environments — both indoors and outdoors, e.g., on rooftops.

Self-closing gate hinges – the key to safety

The essential component of Kee Gate® products is the self-closing gate hinges. Based on a spring mechanism, they automatically close the gate after each opening. This prevents accidental open edges, significantly reducing the risk of accidents.

The mechanism has been tested for 50,000 opening and closing cycles. This ensures that the self-closing gate retains full functionality and smooth operation, even in heavily used areas.

Certificates and compliance with safety standards

Kee Gate® self-closing gates hold CE accreditation, confirming compliance with PN EN 1090 standards. They meet regulations for working at height and comply with EN14122-3:2016, which requires that the space between guardrails not exceed 500 mm.

The product has also been tested in accordance with the international ASTM B117-11-55 standard, confirming high corrosion resistance. Kee Gate® also meets the test requirements of EN13374 and complies with OSHA standards, ensuring a high level of safety and international compliance. Additionally, the product has been certified by the Kee Safety research centre, confirming its quality and reliability.

To convert your standard customer account into a B2B account, register a standard customer account, and then send us an email with information about the email address the account was created for and a request to activate the B2B account. After manual verification, we will convert the standard customer account to a B2B account, with an assigned permanent discount initially set at 5%.

Quantity Discounts

We offer attractive quantity discounts depending on the product added to the cart. The discount table can be found on each product's page. For example, if you add 100 pieces of a given product to your cart, the system will automatically apply a 15% discount.

Discount System

By default, we do not combine discounts. Instead, we apply the most advantageous discount for the customer. This means that if you buy 50 pieces of a product and have a fixed 5% discount for customer groups and a specific 10% discount on the product for purchases over 50 pieces, the system will choose the 10% discount because it is more beneficial.

Example:

Initial fixed discount for B2B customers: 5%
Specific product discount: 10% for purchases over 50 pcs
Customer buys 50 pcs of the product

The system will apply the more advantageous discount, which is the 10% product discount.

Negotiations for Regular Customers

Regular customers who buy from us regularly can negotiate conditions and increase the fixed discount. We verify the total orders and negotiate terms based on that. Constant cooperation with us can bring very favorable purchasing conditions.
