BeamClamp® - clamps for joining steel profiles
BeamClamp® clamps are a range of structural products designed for joining steel profiles on site. They require no welding or drilling.
They are available as individual components or as complete connection sets consisting of clamps, bolts, nuts and positioning plates.
The system is available in a wide range of variants — from clamps for flat and sloping flanges, through self-adjusting and adjustable clamps, to solutions for heavy-duty loads.
BoxBolt® - fasteners for hollow sections
BoxBolt® fasteners are a fully tested and certified solution for connecting elements to steel profiles where access is limited. The system is suitable for joining rectangular, square and circular hollow sections.
The anchor bolt features a hexagonal head for installation with a standard spanner — after drilling the hole, simply insert the anchor and tighten it to the required torque to achieve a durable and repeatable connection.
The anchors are available in seven diameters and three lengths, with electro-galvanised, hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel finishes.
FloorFix® - clamps for floor and platform panels
The FloorFix® clamp is designed for secure and stable attachment of floor and platform panels to load-bearing profiles.
The cam mechanism enables fast and precise tightening of the clamps using an Allen key, while installation is carried out entirely from above, without the need for access underneath the floor.
The clamps accommodate load-bearing profiles from 3 to 25 mm thick. They are hot-dip galvanised and TÜV certified for vibration resistance in industrial applications.

Frequently asked questions
Are BeamClamp clamps better than welding?
BeamClamp clamps eliminate hot work and the associated fire risk, while installation is fast and requires no special tools or skills. Unlike welding, the clamped connection can be loosened and adjusted at any time, and its load capacity is predetermined and confirmed by testing.
Do I need an engineer's approval to use BeamClamp clamps?
The appropriate clamps can be selected using the tables available in the product catalogue, and a separate design or engineer's approval is not required. However, since the connection must always be considered together with the load-bearing capacity of the entire structure, we recommend consulting a structural engineer.
Can I remove or reuse a BoxBolt anchor?
A BoxBolt anchor can be easily removed — after loosening the core bolt, the cone separates and the body can be removed from the hole. Reusing a dismantled anchor will not provide the declared connection parameters; however, the same hole can be used to install a new BoxBolt anchor.
Can BoxBolt anchors be used in concrete?
No, BoxBolt anchors are designed exclusively for connections between steel profiles (tubular, square, rectangular and circular) and must not be used in concrete.
What is the difference between FloorFix and FloorFix HT clamps?
Both clamps are designed for installing floor panels onto load-bearing profiles without requiring access from underneath. The HT version has an increased installation range (tolerance of +/- 6 mm) and can be used with thicker load-bearing profiles, from 3 to 25 mm thick.
Are FloorFix clamps suitable for vibrating machinery?
Yes, both FloorFix and FloorFix HT clamps have TÜV certificates confirming their resistance to increased vibration and can be successfully used with production machinery, presses and in heavy industry.
