Are any products excluded from the right of withdrawal?
Items such as tubes, banner frames, banners, free-standing walls, etc. custom-made or printed according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Custom-made products can only be returned if they have been delivered defective or are covered by a warranty.
