What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are specified on the Delivery costs page and on the product card. You can also check the costs by placing products in the shopping cart and choosing the country of delivery. The correct rate is always displayed in the cart summary based on the items in the cart.

For products not listed on the website, you can request a free quote by email. In order to do this, please send us a summary of all the requested products together with the postal code of the place of delivery. We will then send you a non-binding price offer.


Why in some cases the shipping costs are so high?

The prices of the courier services we use to deliver the parcels are set by the carriers taking into account various factors such as distance, weight and type of the parcel.

Packages longer than 200 cm are considered non-standard and unsortable. For this reason, carriers charge higher fees for their transport. This is due to additional costs and logistical challenges associated with such shipments. It is worth noting we as a company also incur high costs for the transport of such parcels and we do not earn on top of it. These are simply costs that we have to cover.

In addition, in the case of deliveries to countries such as France, Spain or Italy, the price of transport may be higher due to the considerable distance. When sending parcels over long distances, carriers charge appropriate fees to cover the cost of long routes.

We would like to emphasize that our goal is not to make money out of shipping, but to ensure safe and fast delivery of products to our customers. We try to negotiate the best possible prices for courier services, while striving to minimize the costs for our customers.


Can I choose a pick up option to collect the goods?

You can pick up the goods in person, but only upon a prior contact with us and the receipt of our consent. We have several warehouses located in different locations.


Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver our goods throughout Europe. For more information on standard delivery costs and times, please check the "Shipping" and "Delivery Time" sections.


When can I expect my order be delivered?

It all depends on the type of product. Whether it is a standard product or a custom-made product.

In case of tubefittings alone, successfully received and fully paid orders are processed and shipped after 48 hours. Delivery is carried out by courier companies depending on the size and volume of the order and takes about 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed by a few days. This depends on the workload of the warehouse, as well as the location of the delivery address provided. In very rare cases, the goods may be temporarily unavailable and their re-stocking may be delayed. The Tubefittings.eu team always endeavors to keep the store up to date with stock information and to pass on information as quickly as possible. In such cases, you will be notified by us via e-mail or telephone about the changes to the delivery date. If, in such case, you will decide to cancel the ordered item, any payments made in advance will be refunded immediately.

In case of tubes, successfully received and fully paid orders are usually processed and shipped within a few days. This is the time needed to cut, pack and prepare them for transport. Delivery is carried out by courier companies depending on the size and volume of the order and takes about 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery of very long tubes takes the longest time, because shipping is carried out through forwarding companies, not standard courier companies.

In case of slats, fully paid orders are usually processed and shipped within a few days. Ready-made free-standing slat walls - they are manufactured according to the customer's individual order. We cut them to an ordered size, spot drill and prepare as a complete product. The preparation time of free-standing slat walls usually takes 7-14 days. Due to the large size of the shipment, the delivery is carried out by forwarding companies depending on the size and volume of the order and takes about 5-7 working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

In case banner frames, fully paid orders are usually processed and shipped within a few days. They are manufactured according to the customer's individual order. We cut them to an ordered size, pack and prepare a complete product for shipping. The preparation time of banner frames usually takes up to 7 days. Small frames are shipped by standard courier companies


Can I order express delivery?

In special cases you may purchase additional express delivery services from one of the carriers. Additional costs will be borne by the Customer. This option is only possible upon prior arrangement.


I am not/was not at home on the day of delivery. What can I do?

As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with information from us. The delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 business days. Depending on the shipping company, in case of the recipient's absence, additional costs may be charged for the new delivery date. If you need more information about your shipment, please contact our customer service.


The package is not complete, what should I do?

If your parcel is accidentally lacking any of the parts, please report it to us as soon as possible. Missing parts can be reported by email or phone. We prefer e-mail contact. This form of contact gives us time to investigate the case. What is the most helpful in such situations are pictures showing the contents of the parcel delivered. In case of orders containing tubes and tubefittings, tubes and tubefittings are always shipped separately. In such situations, it is often the case that shipments arrive on a different date. The same applies to banner printouts and textile materials (this is due to shipping the structure and the printout from different locations)


I have received damaged goods, what should I do?

We kindly ask you to carefully examine the packaging at the time of delivery. As soon as you spot evident deficiencies, please take photos and ask the driver if it is possible to draw up a damage protocol. This is very helpful for us at a later stage to file a complaint with the carrier. Please report any damage and defects by e-mail. We will look for the best solution to a given problem.
